Sometimes we choose to view things and people not as they are, but as we perceive them. In fact, sometimes we are blinded by what we want rather than what is the truth.

CHASING RED was a evenly paced story about a woman reaching for some independence and trying to prove to herself and others that she can not only reach it, but thrive in it. It was about hard choices, hard work, making new friends, keeping old ones, and finding romance in unexpected places.

When Ryder Redmond sets off for New York City with luggage and a job in hand, she has no idea what she is headed for. A romance with a gorgeous investment banker certainly wasn't in her plans.
